Here's where things get more specific. To provide meaningful benchmarking insights, we need access to your budget data, spending patterns, and financial metrics. This includes:

Technical and Usage Information

Like most web platforms, we automatically collect certain technical data when you use our service. Correction and Updates

Deletion Requests

If you want us to delete your account and associated data, we'll process that request within 30 days. Some information might need to be retained for legal compliance purposes – things like transaction records for tax audits or regulatory requirements. We'll clearly explain what gets deleted immediately versus what we're legally required to keep and for how long.

Processing Objections: You can object to specific types of data processing. For example, if you don't want your anonymized data included in industry benchmark calculations, we can flag your account to exclude it from future aggregations. This won't affect your ability to see benchmark comparisons for your own data.

We don't share your financial data with other companies for their marketing purposes. However, running a modern web platform means we work with certain service providers who help us deliver our services effectively.

Our cloud infrastructure provider hosts the servers where your data lives. We use payment processors to handle subscription billing. When we delete data, it's gone from production systems within 48 hours. Backup systems take up to 90 days to fully cycle old data out. After that point, recovery becomes technically impossible.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our platform uses cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. Without these essential cookies, the platform wouldn't function properly. We also use analytics cookies that help us understand how people navigate through different features.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into your account. We don't use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertising networks.

International Data Transfers

Your data primarily stays within Thailand's borders. However, some of our service providers operate global infrastructure networks. If you're accessing our services from outside Thailand, your data may be transferred to our Thailand-based servers. By using our platform, you consent to this transfer and processing under Thailand's data protection framework.
